Sorry that life is a bit rough for you right now. Try starting with the breakfasts.
This isn't too drastic and can be done gradually and easily while you are getting your life sorted out.
The RR breakfasts can be really tasty. After making them a good new habit I do not get hungry for at least four hours and feel energetic.
