If you are just starting the program, I wouldn't worry about snacks. Eating a lot of fruit will activate cravings, so if you have been eating a lot, and then try to stop eating it, it is like sugar. Our ss biochemistry is very strong, and those cravings...well, just like you wrote here...nothing seems to help.
Instead of taking the fruit out, how about having something with it? Maybe peanut butter or cheese with your fruit? This is a really great observation, and as you go through the steps, I hope you find your cravings lessening, just like I have found.
Are you doing the program? Have you started step 1, breakfast yet?
