Hi Tanya,
So sorry to hear about the divorce, and yes, what a stressful time.
I remember doing juice fasts! They were very difficult for me, because I would never feel full, had no energy, and couldn't think clearly. Radiant Recovery is a different way of eating. It helps to stabilize our blood sugar, stabilize our moods, and not swing from one way of eating to another. I have been doing this program for about 11 years, and I love the calm and stability it brings to me.
The first step is to eat breakfast with enough protein for your body, and a complex carb. It is very different from the juice fast, but give it a try and see what you think. Do take your time with this, especially since you are going through a very stressful life situation. Learning to do new things when we are distracted can feel very overwhelming!
Here's a link to the Radiant Recovery website...have fun reading about breakfast, and I would love to hear if you try it, and what you think.
