The journal is helping me make some connections I never would have before. Like some joint pain and fatigue from a sugar binge doesn't seem to show up until the next afternoon. I know I have a long road, but am really looking forward to finding balance!! Finally!:
You have the determination and the

: Old me would eat very little for
: breakfast, very little for
: lunch,save all of my appetite and
: calories for one big huge meal at
: night, and then some snacks too.

: Next morning breakfast would be even
: less food because I was filled
: from the night before --- and so
: it went until a friend introduced
: me to this program.
: It was hard to eat all of that
: protein at first. I took a running
: jump at it and got overfull, then
: backed off and decided on denser
: protein like the protein powder in
: shakes. Now it is a happy balance;
: some days the eggs,
: sausages,cheese and some days a
: big shake and a brown rice
: cake.All this has taken me quite a
: long while to do and as you can
: tell, a different mindset.
