Petra, I was the same way in the beginning of the program (I also need 20 grams of protein). I was never a big eater and hardly ever ate breakfast. I had such a hard time getting food down (I would gag). At this point just do what you can. Try to eat high protein foods. It makes for less food that you have to eat. I know for me I found out that my blood sugars were always low in the morning and that is one reason I was not able to eat food in the morning. It has gotten much better over the last three years.

So looking forward to hearing about your journey as your story is so similar to mine. And again glad you are here with us.
