This really helps me. I need to remember about dense protein because I'm topping up my proten with milk which isn't dense.
I've tried a few different breakfast ideas....I started off with a wholewheat tortilla, sausages, and scrambled egg but I found it really difficult to eat this within an hour of getting up. I'm not used to eating much that early! At the moment, I am having a protein shake and half a wholemeal bagel. Still not getting enough of the 'dense' stuff though. I think it will take me a while to get the hang of this....
How long have you been doing the program?
