Maybe not enough?? I think that may be part of my problem in the evenings. I eat small meals and then want to pig out on sweets. I'm starting a new work out with a group Monday and the girl running it sent out some nutrition suggestions that sounded almost like how I'm trying to eat now. Plenty of protein, a complex carb and veggies. She had a list of the carbs in there so I'll print that out and add it to my journal. About how much of the carb should I be shooting for?
