Okay so it is time to evaluate yet again what might be going on with my Wednesdays. These are the possibilities of what might be causing issues on Wednesdays.
1. It is a day four from Sunday. Okay so I posted last Saturday how wonderful I felt on the weekends now that I was not sleeping in. Well then on Sunday I slept in, woke at nearly 10:00 despite setting my alarm and hitting snooze for ever (by the way my snooze stops working after you hit snooze for two hours - sad that I actually know that). Putting breakfast 3 hour later than normal. I wish I had journaled to understand why I was unable to get out of bed on Sunday. But I woke feeling like I had been hit by a truck. I had a horrible headache, my neck and whole body hurt, I felt groggy and not very pleasant. Lunch mealtime moved to 1:00 instead of its usual 12:30. And dinner was a little bit of a mess. BF asked what time I need to eat. I said 6:00 since I ate lunch 30 minutes later. He started cooking but I knew it would be a little later than I need so I ate some split pea soup at 6:00. By about 6:45 the meal he cooked was ready to eat. I have not had a weekend in a long time where timings were that bad.
2. Could still be allergies to the horses. I did not take an allergy pill to see.
3. Realized yesterday when I was volunteering that it is a lot of exercise. You walk leading the horse or beside the horse for about 3 hours straight in the sun. So that might cause it. I am used to walking though as I walk my dogs every night for about an hour.
Today I was not nearly as nasty at work because I no longer have to train (someone else took over that part) so I was able to just lock my self in the office and not deal with a single person today.
The best thing about knowing what is going on is I know that I will feel like a totally different person tomorrow. This will pass. This is just another lesson.
