You have the determination and the variety of food choices. . Good.
More protein for breakfast equals less night time cravings for me.
It is like a seesaw that we very gradually get to balance.
Old me would eat very little for breakfast, very little for lunch,save all of my appetite and calories for one big huge meal at night, and then some snacks too. :s9(
Next morning breakfast would be even less food because I was filled from the night before --- and so it went until a friend introduced me to this program. :h6)
It was hard to eat all of that protein at first. I took a running jump at it and got overfull, then backed off and decided on denser protein like the protein powder in shakes. Now it is a happy balance; some days the eggs, sausages,cheese and some days a big shake and a brown rice cake.All this has taken me quite a long while to do and as you can tell, a different mindset.
