I have stuck with steps one and two for two weeks. I've had a food journal for years so that has come naturally and the format with columns for how I feel has made it very valuable. I thought step 1 would be one of the worst for me because I have always either skipped breakfast or ate an apple or breakfast bar and called it a meal. Now no matter how I feel in the mornings I say "You must have breakfast with protein!" It really has made a difference and I don't want to go backwards.
