Joy dot. I saw a baby pigeon that had just hatched in a nest on the ranch. Two more eggs lay beside it.

Wow the last week has been full of glimpses of Radiance. And all during PMS week. This is normally the time I am mad, frustrate, hateful well you know how it goes.

I just never imagined feeling Radiant during this time. Today when I was on my way to volunteer with the horses and children with needs I felt amazing. I felt like I was on top of the world in a good way. I was on the verge of goosebumps and just felt in love with life. This is a rare feeling especially during this time. I remembered stopping at a stop light and beside me in the middle of the road were all these beautiful white flowers and this amazing spider web that was shimmering in the sun. It is amazing the things we notice when we feel radiant. Everything feels and looks so intense (in a good way). A few times that intense feeling almost had me in tears.

This is a testament to meal timings. I love step three.
