You both made some good points. First off I do think I need to start step 3 and actually did it yesterday and today, but am really afraid I won't be able to stick with it. I hadn't tried a group yet so signed up for step three group today. Thanks!
Also, I have been trying to do all or nothing and I'm sure that is leading to the intense cravings. Guess I'll slow down on that one! This group is so helpful. Thank you for responding.
