Welcome and congratulations on two weeks of breakfast! Have you had a chance to connect with the Step One list? One of the things they talk about is breaking it down so it doesn't feel hard and overwhelming, and how to make breakfast fun.
For me, nothing lasts long if I'm white-knuckling and trying to do it all at once. Step one has the four parts, you could just focus on one of them until you get that feeling manageable. If you try to cut out sugar befor step six you'll get major cravings too -- don't know if that's what's going on for you, but thought I'd throw it out there.
