: Hi

: I've just read the 'your last diet'
: book and it makes sooooo much
: sense to me. I know it's going to
: take a while but that's OK.

: I'm a little stumped on the breakfast
: thing but I'll spend today working
: that out. I converted from 'white'
: to 'brown' generally a while ago
: so that bit doesn't bother me.
: It's working out how to get that
: much protein in the mornings I'm
: not quite sure about. I'm also
: dairy free at the moment so that
: limits me a little (no cheese or
: yoghurt). I don't have time to be
: cooking things in the mornings -
: so I'm just going to have to work
: out things I can make the day
: before to eat for breakfast.

: On the other hand I'm already a keen
: journaller so will start that bit
: now anyway. I know the programme
: says to focus on stage 1 - but I
: know myself and will get more from
: this if I journal straight away so
: I can see my progress and
: patterns.

: Looking forward to making progress!

Hi Sonjia,

I am very happy you found us. :h11)

When I designed the steps, I added a whole lot of things into the *process* that
help to heal addiction. If you rush ahead, you will miss all the delight that is there.

one of the things embedded in step one is learning how to follow direction :h11)
Most of us were very bad at that. We thought we certainly knew what was best for us.
And that is true for much of the time, :h4) but sometimes it means we miss the joy
actually having support :h5)

So, :h6) I am gonna invite you to just do step one...Come join the step one list :h12)
and learn the other stuff too!!!! :h3)
