Those regular three meals on time help rein in my evening appetite.
In my early days with the program it helped to stock up with healthy foods I adored ( to replace some that seemed to be irresistible like potato chips and cheese crackers )
Then the challenge was to pinpoint those healthier foods and keep the cupboards and fridge filled with them. I had the mentality of -- if it is there I will eat it --- . I still have a little bit of that left in me.
