: Hi

: I've just read the 'your last diet'
: book and it makes sooooo much
: sense to me. I know it's going to
: take a while but that's OK.

: I'm a little stumped on the breakfast
: thing but I'll spend today working
: that out. I converted from 'white'
: to 'brown' generally a while ago
: so that bit doesn't bother me.
: It's working out how to get that
: much protein in the mornings I'm
: not quite sure about. I'm also
: dairy free at the moment so that
: limits me a little (no cheese or
: yoghurt). I don't have time to be
: cooking things in the mornings -
: so I'm just going to have to work
: out things I can make the day
: before to eat for breakfast.

: On the other hand I'm already a keen
: journaller so will start that bit
: now anyway. I know the programme
: says to focus on stage 1 - but I
: know myself and will get more from
: this if I journal straight away so
: I can see my progress and
: patterns.

: Looking forward to making progress!

Hello, Sonia!

I'm a 'newbie' too, and also dairy free. I use the Raw protein powder mixed in with soymilk, a tablespoon of organic peanut butter, a half-cup of oats into the microwave on medium for five minutes. I also eat a banana with that. It is very satisfying and doesn't take much time.

Glad you're here.

It's fun when you start gradually feeling better all day long just because of eating breakfast!

Let us know how you're doing. :h5)
