Hard boiled eggs are easy to make the day before. You can mash them into
egg salad the night before and put them on toast in the morning.

Protein shakes take almost no time to make and are yummy. Banana,
protein powder, ice, a handful of nuts, almond milk, and cooked or
uncooked instant oats, and blend. Takes about 3 minutes.

: Hi

: I've just read the 'your last diet'
: book and it makes sooooo much
: sense to me. I know it's going to
: take a while but that's OK.

: I'm a little stumped on the breakfast
: thing but I'll spend today working
: that out. I converted from 'white'
: to 'brown' generally a while ago
: so that bit doesn't bother me.
: It's working out how to get that
: much protein in the mornings I'm
: not quite sure about. I'm also
: dairy free at the moment so that
: limits me a little (no cheese or
: yoghurt). I don't have time to be
: cooking things in the mornings -
: so I'm just going to have to work
: out things I can make the day
: before to eat for breakfast.

: On the other hand I'm already a keen
: journaller so will start that bit
: now anyway. I know the programme
: says to focus on stage 1 - but I
: know myself and will get more from
: this if I journal straight away so
: I can see my progress and
: patterns.

: Looking forward to making progress!
