Cam - I am sorry you are feeling tired after meals. I really don't like that feeling at all. It says you have been doing the program for about 2 weeks. At this point you should only focus on step one and all it four parts. Doing the potato too early is not a good thing and is most likely the reason you were unable to sleep. You brain and body need to do some healing before you add in the potato. Also you should continue to have your sugar. That is not until step 6. I got the most out of the program once I listened to Kathleen and did the steps in the order it is designed. d
