So I'm almost two weeks into the program and I'm still getting tired after the occasional meal. However I have noticed huge changes that are positive, so I'm not too worried about it.
Last night for dinner I went out to eat with my family and was famished. I ordered a house salad with Spicy ranch and a burger with spicy mayo. I felt stuffed after the meal and not in a good way. I ate a potato that night before bed and had trouble going to sleep. I felt super confident though, more than I have ever felt in years. Eventually I did get to bed though.
I woke up this morning and ate 4 eggs with two pieces of whole grain toast. I weigh 164 pounds and am 24 years old. Now I feel tired after consuming the meal. I'm wondering if this is normal while coming off sugars? Is tiredness after meals still expected in the first weeks or months of the program?
