I've just read the 'your last diet' book and it makes sooooo much sense to me. I know it's going to take a while but that's OK.
I'm a little stumped on the breakfast thing but I'll spend today working that out. I converted from 'white' to 'brown' generally a while ago so that bit doesn't bother me. It's working out how to get that much protein in the mornings I'm not quite sure about. I'm also dairy free at the moment so that limits me a little (no cheese or yoghurt). I don't have time to be cooking things in the mornings - so I'm just going to have to work out things I can make the day before to eat for breakfast.
On the other hand I'm already a keen journaller so will start that bit now anyway. I know the programme says to focus on stage 1 - but I know myself and will get more from this if I journal straight away so I can see my progress and patterns.
