Thank you so much for taking the time to review my journal. I appreciate all the feedback that you have provided. I will stop immediately with the protein mix and only use it for breakfast. I was wondering why I wasn't feeling better after my meal?
I also thought about the coffee but said after a week shouldn't I feel better? Since I've been off the coffee for this long, I'll just stay away from it. Step 6? Really? You know I am sweating now, right?
