Attention to cravings

I now actually crave green vegetables and can get thrilled over fresh green beans, peas or a great looking pepper. I remember when my cravings were always for something like a jelly donuts, M and Ms or pizza and they were very distinct feelings.
This pleases me a lot. Occasionally I crave cheese , eggs or nuts. I can't pinpoint exactly when the changeover happened. I wonder if our bodies know instinctively what it is we need and when we finally listen we are rewarded.
