Apparently, sugar and trans fats are major culprits in high cholesterol. I know people who eat eggs every day and have their cholesterol levels go down. I like eggs, but don't want to eat them every day (not for health reasons, but I just don't want them that often) so I like to have alternatives. At this point, the most important thing is finding a breakfast that is easy (so you will make it) and that you like.
