I know for me to get in my protein in the morning I do a protein shake. Beans are also good in the morning. But just because it is breakfast does not mean you have to eat breakfast foods. Why not have a steak or hamburger? Many people eat dinner leftovers for breakfast.

Lots of studies are now showing that high cholesterol has to do with sugars. So this program with help you a lot with that.
