Well now that you say that... Sunday my dinner times were off. We went to a friends house for dinner. I took my shake with me. But we were sitting outside talking. I could tell my meal time had come and gone. But dinner was still in the oven. I excused myself and went inside and drank my shake. So my shake was 45 minutes later than my regular meal time. And when we actually sat down and ate it was a little over the 6 hour mark.

Funny how those things work. There is always a reason you just need to look for it. I used to always say 'out of the blue' or 'for no reason'. Not anymore.
