Those were fun to look at. I've been drinking the same darn shake for years and still love
it every morning. Lately in the heat, though, I've been having a shake before biking and
branching out--last weekend was vanilla protein powder, cocoa, banana, ice, peanut butter,
oats and vanilla almond milk. Orange peel sounds like a fun ingredient.
