I posted a while ago that every day after I volunteer at the horse ranch I am agitated really really bad. I don't think it was from a BE spike from the horses. I enjoy them but I don't spike from them. I suspected allergies. Last week I did not have to volunteer because it was 4th of July weekend and I felt really good. Not agitated like I am now. So next weeks experiment is an allergy pill before I go. I just really really hate feeling like this. Reminds me of how I used to feel every single day before the program so it is a good reminder.
