I'm in step 5 and I gained a little at first too, but, as was stated, have already started to loose without trying. Just trying to get enough protein pushes a lot of other garbage eating out cause you're full. Adding this much protein was a lot for me and I naturally ate less carbs cause I didn't have any more room ;) Now it's naturally coming off without trying. Don't worry, jut follow the steps. You'll feel better.
