Hi Cam,
From what I've experienced and heard, browns are the trickiest to find while traveling.
So I just bring some-crackers, now they have rice bowls. I also include tuna packs and
peanut butter and I've been good. I wouldn't worry about it too much yet. It gets easier
to manage things as we heal our brains from this program.

: I was wondering if anyone could give
: any tips on international travel
: and following this diet. I am
: sugar sensitive person currently
: following the program. Part of
: what I have enjoyed in this life
: is traveling. The trouble is that
: it's hard to follow a diet while
: abroad. Ingredients are often in a
: different language, you don’t know
: if sugar is in the food, etc etc.
: Does anyone have advice for this?
: I'm a 24 year old male and I've just
: started the program. I am looking
: forward to change and recovery.
: I'm glad a support group is
: available for this and that
: Kathleen is working hard on
: helping us all. It is a godsend.
: Thanks
: Cam
