Ok I tried to reply once but don't think it went through...I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for responding. Today was a really rough day, but yes, I have stuck to the breakfast with protein every morning for a week. Journaling also comes very naturally for me. I have found when I actually have time to make a breakfast of scrambled eggs or an omelet I feel so good. I need to figure out some better quick options for weekdays though as i seem to get hungry again before lunch.
I am going to try not to rush this and just focus on steps 1 & 2 for now!
