Thank you all for responding. I had a very bad day today, but I have stuck with steps one and two for a week now. The journaling comes easy because I've done that off and on for a long time. I have found that egss make me feel best, but i don't always have time to make them. I'm just going to stick with these steps and take it slow (which is the hardest part). I just want to be better!!
