Re: International Traveling And Diet

Hi Cam
The last time I travelled, I went to Scotland. It was pretty easy, since breakfast included protein - in fact, most meals were not a problem, but because I was on a bus tour, I had no control over timing so I carried nuts and oat cakes with me. I would take wrapped pieces of cheese from the breakfast buffet to eat later in the day. If I were travelling someplace where breakfast tends to be bread, I would bring protein powder to mix into milk.

We have radiantbrits and radianteuro lists, so you can join them and ask for advice before you travel. To find them, click on make connections at the top of the page, then click on on line groups. That way, you can try to connect with someone who either lives where you are going, or has been there, and can tell you what to expect.

But I didn't worry so much about travel food until I had mastered food at home. And my travel skills improved each time I travelled.
