Re: My body knows the time before I do.

Hi kari

The same happens to me, and I always am amazed at how it happens. I can look at a clock a couple of hours before I am due to eat and not look again, but then when I go and make my food, I will look at the clock and see it is almost exactly the right time to be making it.

It seems to have helped with knowing the time in general too, my daughter will often ask me to guess what the time is, and I will usually be 5-10 minutes out, even if I haven't looked at the clock for hours, lol.

It's almost spooky how intuitive we can be!

Love

: I always thought that I would never
: get used to eating at the same
: time every day. I remembered
: reading about that in the book
: when I first found the program and
: thought - there is no way in heck
: that will ever happen. But now I
: am amazed that my body seems to
: know the time before I do. Telling
: me to get ready because mealtime
: is getting close.

: Today I was out weeding the garden. I
: am not sure how long I was outside
: or even what time it was. I still
: had a little bit of weeding to do
: but my body was telling me that
: mealtime was getting close and
: that I needed to just stop where I
: was at and go inside (I was not
: feeling hungry but my body just
: sort of knew). I walked inside and
: it was 12:20 (mealtime is 12:30
: for me). I smiled to myself and
: shook my head. I think it's pretty
: amazing. What I thought would be
: impossible just seems to happen
: day after day. And what a
: difference it makes.

: Now if my body and brain only liked
: what I ate today for lunch would
: have been wonderful but it did
: not. Everything was program
: friendly but note to self. Don't
: eat that again.
