Another newbie

Hi all.

I'm just starting -did step 1 for about 3 weeks. I was already always eating breakfasts, but now it seems I'm eating twice as much trying to get in all the protein and browns. Guess I have to wait & see how this affects my weight.

What's with all the jumping smileys? :h6) OH - OK - just did 'preview' and found out. But I'm not sure what they all mean.

I already seem to have more energy and motivation to finish things. Definitely a plus.
