Lots of water, lots of water helps me. I try to stay of sun and the heat during the hottest part of the day. I freeze water bottles and use them to cool, example put on back of neck, bend of elbows, behind knees and around neck as they melt I drink. cools the body outside. Fans seem to help, blow air around you.
