Hi, I finally got it!!!! I took a big sugar hit yesterday at a friend' s 60th birthday party. I was lying in bed this morning having a chill out before I got up and thinking about how to kill myself if my husband died, when the light finally dawned. I have not been having these bizarre and depressive thoughts while not eating sugar but back they came along with the white stuff. I had been struggling with the programme and wondering if I am sugar sensitive. Question answered I think
