We had a pot luck lunch over the weekend with family reunion. I was the only person who brought veggies. It amazes me the side salads that were brought, jello whip cream concoctsions. it was an easy salad for me with vegetables from my garden. Did I use to eat this way? Yes and so nice how much healthier I eat now. Tons of sweets too of course but lots of fresh fruit too. Interesting.
