Good work Kari
you reminded me of when I was having a right old struggle with step 3.
I knew I needed lunch around 12.30 at the time, but I left work then and wanted to wait till I got home.
and that was just enough to have me a bit over the cliff. So I stayed at work with a packed lunch.
you ought to have seen me grumbling about it, I did it with very bad grace I am afraid. But pretty soon I started to feel a real steadyness, so I learnt a lot about looking at what I feel grumpy about .
the irony is, that once I listened and adapted, and got to feel steadier and work with what my body wanted.... I now have lunch at 1.30 ( different job) and stay steady right through. its as if we worked it out together in the end.
the other thing I do is a silly thing but it works for me. I have a big watch with big digital numbers, less chance of me getting distracted
( loved that little wave to England )
I love hearing how you worked something out. As a planner, I always need to work on my spontaneous so I love reading your way.
