: Hello Petra, I am so glad you found
: us.
: Your story sounds a lot like mine.
: There is so much more to this
: program than just cutting out
: sugar. For me it was that I really
: was not eating and also never ate
: breakfast. So even though I had
: cut out sugars before this program
: it was not until I found this
: program and the importance of
: eating (starting with
: breakfast)that I started to feel
: better. The first to go was my
: moodiness and now when it rears
: its head I need to go back and
: look at what I have or have not
: been eating. But yes read the book
: and start with step one which is
: eating breakfast (all four parts)
: and you will be amazed at the
: difference you will feel.
: Again, Glad you are here.

Hi Kari
Thanks for the support, I also have a hard time eating.
I've been skipping meals regularly, not to loose weight though.. I just skipped a meal.
And as you can imagine... I might have had a HUGE bowl of ice cream loaded with caramel syrup instead (so much more tempting than dry bread with cheese and tea). Sugar addict? NO doubt!
Anyways... I'm feeling motivated and you guys have really given me hope
Earlier I've been a fan of the book "Fit For Life" but it's like written for people with weight issues, so I felt I wasn't eating enough.. and it was way too complicated! Like when to eat and what to eat at every hour of the day. It's not a bad book, I do believe they're on to something, but still... whats the point if you can't stay to the "program"?
I feel my spirits are lifted by this new potato-thing
I just had two fried eggs and a serving of oat meal porridge for breakfast..
It was quite satisfying
I'm happy to have someone I can talk to about this, it makes this whole thing so much more motivating and fun
