I do think I can do that... eat breakfast with protein and complex carbs..
yeah that dosen't sound too hard.
Actually, I'm half norwegian and I've been living in Norway for about 14 years..
so I'm wondering about the "pounds", we use kg, so I was a bit confused for a moment.
I have been calculating that I'm about 114pounds,
so would that mean 19grams of protein each meal?
That sounds lika a lot! But if it's right, then I will do it..
Seems like everyone here says it's worth it.. and I've got nothing to loose
(except my sanity.. lol)
