This morning I went to the outdoor market with a friend at 6 30 a.m.
The weather forecast for later today was for an unbearable 109F with a possible heat index of 116F
I knew we would shop quickly and be having breakfast early. I ate part of my meal before she picked me up. I wasn't hungry at 6 a,m but was glad I had something in my stomach when I was at the market .
Outings and projects can undo the timing of meals if we don't stop to think about the importance of it.
