It warmed my heart to have support from all of you! I am continuing to do step 1 & 2. I read some posts about journaling which lead me to go deeper into it. I actually enjoy it now.
I signed up for step 3 class, feels good to keep moving forward. After reading PnP, SATR and YLD, I bought YLD. My main goal is to heal, and out of that to reach a healthier weight. I plan on joining the YLD program once I feel stable in step 3.
