Nervous

I am brand new to the program. Reading the book now, but know I have finally found what's "wrong" with me. Of course I dove in head first thinking since I'm overall "healthy" I would be able to handle more, but no, I've already caved. I know, I know...eat breakfast with protein so I'm going to try that one day at a time for now. I also suffer from an eating disorder and am wondering if there are others in the same boat. Any advice? My biggest fear is gaining weight from the extra protein and carbs I guess. Not that sugar is really helping :s10(
