: 11:00 at night I just finished up

: So here I am.

: Today food timing went really well. I
: was cleaning the house all day and
: organizing and rearranging things
: so I knew that time would get away
: from me so I set a timer for lunch
: and it went off at 12:30. I
: stopped what I was doing and ate
: lunch. I did not set a timer for
: dinner but it too was right on
: time. It is nice to be able to
: stop in the middle of something to
: eat. In the past I would have been
: like just let me finish this and
: then I will eat. Sometimes that
: something took me another hour to
: wrap up. So I really love that I
: have no issue at all no matter
: what it is to stop to eat.
