I think it was my being so used to being 'told what to do' on various ( all of them ) diets and thinking brown was scary. So I approached browns / complex carbs little by little.... starting off with breakfast really
I had a lot of encouragement from the forum, and of course theres the appropriate lists for your step if you'd like to call by
I started off with Ryvita I remember, and then oats for a while ... but my current favourite breakfast browns are sweet potato, potato, beansalads, gramflour flatbread. It took a while toplay and listen to how much I liked and where my body was happiest
theres so many to choose from... have you got a favourite breakfast brown yourself?
