Wow! These words could have come out of my mouth, but I would have said protein as well. I am so afraid of gaining weight with this program but it is a carefree party when it is sugar I am dealing with. Kind of silly because we all know deep down that it is the sugar that makes us fat ( we just don't want to give up our drug, right?)
I have just come back to breakfast after struggling with WW the past 6 weeks-losing then gaining (you know the drill). Why oh why, do we do the same thing over and over and expect different results? I believe that we can both get it right this time! Don't you? Laura
