Wow I cannot believe it has already been 45 days. I almost did not post tonight because here it is 11:00 at night I just finished up cleaning the house and I still need to get ready for bed and ready for work tomorrow. But I told myself I have to post this is the lat day and I cannot not post. So here I am.

Today food timing went really well. I was cleaning the house all day and organizing and rearranging things so I knew that time would get away from me so I set a timer for lunch and it went off at 12:30. I stopped what I was doing and ate lunch. I did not set a timer for dinner but it too was right on time. It is nice to be able to stop in the middle of something to eat. In the past I would have been like just let me finish this and then I will eat. Sometimes that something took me another hour to wrap up. So I really love that I have no issue at all no matter what it is to stop to eat.
