No more low carb

My sponsor suggested I look at a new way of eating. So for breakfast today I had a matcha whey protein drink, plus oatmeal with cinnamon, raspberries, and milk. How does that sound for starters?After being on a low carb plan, I am fearful of gaining weight right away. My pants already feel tighter! There is something more distressing about planning to eat healthy carbs regularly,than bingeing spontaneously with sweet baked goods. I have over a hundred pounds to lose and take meds for a mood disorder.
