come to the process with a beginner's mind...do the steps one at a time.
Join the step one list and learn about how to get enough protein as a vegetarian
there is something that happens in the *process* of going through the steps that heals
an addictive brain.
So even if you think you have all the food part set, you have not yet had the process healing.
does that make sense?
