Dear Nina,

Well, here are a few details that might be useful. I have lost about 60 pounds (the weight loss started before RR but stalled and felt completely unsustainable while I was still compulsively using sugar). I now find it very simple to maintain my new weight and not yoyo, and this is a part of, a side effect of, no longer feeling crazy, as you say. The weight loss is a side effect of radiance. It was very helpful for me to focus on how I FELT working on my program, not how I looked. Just one woman's opinion.
